There is a well maintained swimming pool, for the use of residents/holiday rentals only and an electronic security gate at the entrance of the domaine. The domaine is about 1 km from the village centre, on a hill, with magnificent views. 10/15 mins walk into the town of Pezenas. Activities: Golf courses nearby, local cycle hire, tennis clubs, canal boating, equestrian sports, swimming, water sports, long sandy beaches, Water Park at Cap d’Agde, sailing, fishing, countryside and mountain walking or just relaxing and enjoying the local food and wine! Le Coteau Moliere is a well-designed
'easy living' modern house, in a cul de sac, with 2 double bedrooms,
(Bed 1 - 1 double bed and Bed 2 - 2 single beds) shower room with
wash basin and WC, seperate WC downstairs, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen
with double doors onto a private fenced in garden and patio. Our house Maison Moliere is one of the best positioned houses on the domaine with the best views. The house has recently had new paintwork on the shutters and guttering put up.
Unrestricted great views from the garden towards to the town of Pezenas. Personal electronic 'cliquer' for the security gate. Allocated parking area a few steps from the house. Quiet location. The Swimming Pool (with showers and toilets) is open from middle of May to end of September. 1 minute walk to the swimming pool. The pool is walled and fenced in for safety, entrance by a gate - kidney shaped, max length 18 metres, width 6 metres. Depth is minimum 0.6 and maximum 1.7 metres. The domaine and swimming pool is well maintained by an Estate Management company.
Pezenas has a marvellous market on Saturdays, if you arrive too late on Saturday for this market, there is another good market on Sunday in a town nearby called Bessan. Pezenas has excellent local shops and a good choice of supermarkets and is a very active town, with many events happening throughout the year. In the house is a folder packed with details on places to go, restaurants that have been enjoyed and many other outings in the area. On request, we can send you full directions on how to find the house, and a page of useful notes to help you enjoy your stay at Maison Moliere. The large city of Montpellier with its international airport and train station is 52 km away (35 mins drive). Agde 20 km, Beziers 25 km and Sete 36 km. The beaches are about half an hours drive away. The area is filled with great history and pretty villages and many markets. Included in price: Electricity, hot water, all linens provided - bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, swimming towels. (Electricity is extra for the winter months) Shopping can be arranged for you when you arrive - please contact us. A welcome bottle of local wine awaits you in the fridge on your arrival.
