BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES - MAISON MOLIERE, PEZENAS, FRANCE.

Provisional booking: This can be made by phone or email and this reservation will be held for 6 days until receipt of the deposit and completed booking form.

Numbers: Accommodation is for 4 people. (There is a high chair for a young child and a travel cot.)

Keys: The keys and the security gate code numbers will be posted to you two weeks before your booking date. Please post keys back to Beverley at the end of your holiday.

Arrival and Departure: Please do not arrive before 4.00pm on your arrival day and please leave before 10.00am on your departure day, so that the management team have time to prepare the house for the next guests.

House Rules and Helpful hints: There is a folder in the house with full instructions on all appliances in the house and some useful hints on a smooth stay at Maison Moliere.

Swimming Pool: Open from middle of May to the end of September. This swimming pool is for use of residents only. Parents must ensure that their children respect the rules of hygiene, security and peaceful enjoyment. Use of the pool is entirely at the Client's own risk.

Maison Moliere is a No Smoking house: Please respect the 'No Smoking in the house' rule for the benefit and enjoyment of all our guests. Unfortunately pets are not accepted at Maison Moliere.

Damage and extra cleaning deposit £150 (or 200 EURO): This amount will be collected with the rental balance. After confirmation from the management team that the house does not need extra cleaning, that there are no damages and the keys have been returned to Beverley Gilbert the £150 (200 EURO) deposit damage amount will be returned to you. Please leave the house as clean and tidy as you found it - thank you.

Payment: Deposit 30% of rental to be paid at time of booking. Balance and damage deposit: To be paid 6 weeks before departure.

Extras: If you do not have time to clean and tidy the property before you leave - there is an extra cleaning service available at £25 (or 30 EURO). Even if you do request this - please leave the property in a reasonable state. If you wish for this extra - please request this service on your booking form.

Cancellation of holiday: 8 weeks plus before start date of rental - full refund of monies sent less £50 admin. 8 to 6 weeks before start date of rental - 50% refund of monies sent. 6 weeks before start date of rental - no refund.

Holiday Insurance: It is advisable to take out holiday insurance as soon as you have booked any holiday, so that you are covered for refunds in the event of having to cancel due to illness, accident etc. within your family.
